On behalf of the meeting hosts, I am contacting you with information about the upcoming THz/IR workshop being held at the Westin Gateway in Arlington, VA April 14 & 15, 2011. I'll be the meeting coordinator and can help you with any questions or issues that come up.
Please take a moment to visit the meeting website. The participant list and draft agenda are posted there. If you wish, you may sign up to follow or subscribe to workshop postings, you will then receive notification as new content is posted.
Travel
Please make your own travel arrangements to Arlington, VA and send the itinerary with ticket price to me. Please make air/ground transportation reservations as early as possible to capitalize on reduced fares. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the most convenient airport to Arlington, VA and is on the Metro. The Westin is 2½ blocks from the Ballston Metro. Dulles Airport (IAD) also serves the area. Please let me know if you will be driving to the workshop.

Room reservations will be made in your name at the Westin for two nights:
